Hello, I'm Nick Paladino
Digital & Product Leader with a builder's background — product management and site reliability at The Home Depot, an entrepreneurial venture built from scratch, and years spent inside the digital operations of dozens of retail and consumer teams. I help growing consumer brands stand up the digital function they don't have yet: product, technology, and customer experience under one roof, with a founder's sense of ownership.
Digital & Product Leader
for Growth-Stage Brands
AGENDA
At Blue Triangle, I sit inside the digital operations of dozens of retail and consumer teams — diagnosing what's actually driving (or costing) revenue across product, engineering, and customer experience. It's given me a working, cross-functional view of what a digital function needs to run well, at any size.
Built a proprietary revenue attribution methodology (below) used to tie technical and experience issues directly to dollars.
Built a proprietary method using data science to decompose why revenue changes — breaking down the signal into five distinct influences:
Across my career, I've moved between building things directly — a product function, an engineering team, a small business of my own — and diagnosing what makes digital experiences work for teams of every size, from startups to national retailers. That range is the point: I can operate hands-on and think at the level of the whole business.
I didn't start in tech — I studied cinematography and filmmaking at the New York Film Academy and earned a degree in Telecommunication & Film with a Business focus at the University of Alabama. Storytelling, light, and visual composition were my first language. That lens — understanding audience, narrative flow, and emotional impact — is what I bring to every digital experience I touch.
Business & context immersion. Identify stakeholder goals. Competitive research & trends analysis. Empathize with users' needs. Analyze data & behaviors.
Define the experience framework. Map architecture, journeys & flows. Identify key personas. Workshop & brainstorm with teams. Prioritize features with stakeholders.
Design the full experience. Build a design language and system. Provide annotated wireframes. Deliver specifications for engineering. Build interactive prototypes.
Test the designed experience. Analyze user behavior. Optimize design outcomes. Handover to engineering team and QA the experience end-to-end.
Optimize the experience. Support launches, audit results. Identify improvements & recommend new feature launches. Iterate on the workflow and retrospect.
I'm not looking to replicate an enterprise digital org — I'm looking to build one. Here's the combination I'd bring to a growing brand's first real digital seat.
For leaders who want more out of their existing online presence. Conversations with innovative leaders and industry experts who refuse to settle for mediocrity in the digital realm.

Leaders from these brands have joined us on the podcast to share how they turn digital challenges into business and user experience victories.
Most episodes feature a guest from a major brand — those are their stories. These are the episodes where it's just Chuck and me, building and arguing out our own frameworks in real time. If you want a sense of how I actually think, start here.
